Fully Remodeled View Condo with Free Parking and Hi-Speed WiFi

The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The unit offers luxury living with peaceful mountain, canal and golf course views. It has been recently remodeled with natural stone tile floor, granite counter tops, dish washer and new furnishings. There are two separate entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom and living room.

Only a short walk takes you to the golf course, restaurants, shops, parks, the Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground. There is also free covered parking, free local and long distance phone calls to US Mainland and Canada. Free internet access is also included. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi may closed for maintenance or emergency repairs at anytime without advanced notice. There will be no refund or discount if this happens during guests' stay.

Hawaii is a very special place. We love the unique culture of Hawaii, the climate, and environment. The people are extraordinarily friendly making our time spent here that much more enjoyable.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The place was well stocked both in the kitchen and recreational/beach amenities, which made our stay that much easier and enjoyable. The location is great, close to Waikiki and the beach but also far enough away from the main tourist area. Debbie our fabulous host was organized and communicated with us very well! The property itself was fantastic, well kept, clean and stocked with everything you might need which was a bonus as I have stayed in this complex several times before with half as much provided. (including kitchen ware, ice packs, cooler, beach accessories---so helpful!!) My husband and I intend to return in the near future! Highly recommend!

Communication wirh host was great. The unit is beautiful. Northern view wirh a view of diamond head leaning off balcony. Close to the beach and the water was great. 10 min from diamond head. Pool here is ok. It does the job. But the unit has many extras to have fun. I highly recommend packing a soft side cooler. They had one but it came in handy. Didnt have any issues. Plenty of parking. Oh and the extra toxels and beach towels are in the closet. Get tickets for pearl harbor early. Dont waste your time at Dole plantation. The pig and the lady resturant in china town we recomment. Jennys shrimp truck on the north qest side is great and cheap. Tikis bar and grille is hit and miss. Make sure thw fish is cooked through and if you get there late make sure your food hasnt been precooked and sitting around. We would highly recommend this unit and host.

Condo was as listed and we largely chose because of free parking. Be warned it is a busy building and long waits for crowded elevators. Very often there were very few parking places available in the 5 story garage. Not sure what time they lock the doors in garage but we frequently had to park on upper level and walk down several sets of stairs to access building on lobby level. Other than these inconveniences it was a generally nice unit and Debbie was easy to work with!

Perfect location
It was super easy. Go to garage and allowed to park and get pass. The beach chairs and equipment made it so enjoyable. 2 blocks from the beach and the main strip. Plan a little extra time for elevators is the only thing I would recommend. The washer and dryer on every dloor were great. I downloaded the app and paid through there because will tell you when laundry is done. I woud highly recommend this place.

Spent 4 nights in September. Everything was excellent, zero surprises. Communication with the owner, check-in and check-out, and the entire process was a breeze. The place was spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with high-end cookware and every utensil and small appliance you'd need, and the bed was comfy. Plus the view. I don’t think I realized that this condo was on the 21st floor of a 36 ish story building. The height does give you a great view which we really enjoyed. The condo is within easy walking distance of any of the sights along Waikiki beach. I especially appreciated having laundry supplies in the condo; the washer/dryer were on every floor and worked fine! The little coffee shop in the lobby has great baked goods.

We stayed for four nights on a layover with the goal of getting some beach time prior to our further travels. The location of the unit was great - just a few blocks from Waikiki Beach. The unit was comfortable with amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in . We really enjoyed having the beach chairs, straw mats for the beach, and boogie boards available for our use. Laundry was available which was helpful. I would definitely stay here again if in Waikiki.

Wow, what a beautiful home
Having stayed in VRBO properties numerous times I'm sometimes prone to saying, "matched the photos". In this case the home far exceeded the photos. This home is beautiful and equipped way beyond any reasonable expectation. Make this place your home during your next trip to Hawaii. You will not be disappointed. Lastly, and most importantly, the owners (Hosts) Mr. & Mrs. Riggs (Art & Debbie) are seriously interested in their guests welfare, comfort, and enjoyment and I've never said that about any previous host and I've stayed in VRBO properties over 100 times.

This condo is a quick walk to the beach and all restaurants/shops. Debbie was very helpful and assisted in getting the check-in information when it had gone to my spam without me realizing. Pros: The condo itself is clean and as pictured online. The condo is in a good location. Everything was provided for our stay including kitchen and beach gear! Cons: The pool/recreation area is older and dirty. The parking attendant holds up the line entering into the condo every single time. Neutral comments: Our check in process was delayed due to an error but was corrected immediately once we reached management. The air conditioner is a little loud but cools the unit quickly. For the price, a good option.
