"The place could use some upgrades. The carpet needs to be replaced. There was not much in the kitchen to use for cooking. "

"A nice place to stay with family. The rooms have good view and complete kitchen and ample of parking space. Couple times had issues with AC which was addressed & check in instructions can be better as the GPS takes to some other building in the property. But the staff is very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The property was clean and has gorgeous views. We saw so much from our lanai from tons of sea turtles; dolphins; and even a large whale. Also a short walk takes you to a large parking lot with a huge variety of AMAZING food trucks to choose from. It’s a very convenient location. "

"Overall, it is a great option. Great location - in almost the same area as Westin / Hilton with access to the same beach without the resort fee. Beautiful ocean view and great trek for running. The room is slightly dated but in clean condition. The balcony & the view more than makes up for the room condition. Overall, a great stay and would recommend. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Being able to see and hear the ocean all day long was a treat we didn’t know we needed. The snorkeling in the bay was amazing. Lots of sea turtles! Location was close to many eateries and shopping. We met some really nice people around the condo who gave out good recommendations! Loved our stay, we will be back!"

"My wife and I came in on a Friday and our adult son came in the next day. We had the lower bedroom (king size bed) and he had the lift (queen size bed). We both had our own bathrooms. 71 degrees were the daily lows and about 82-84 degrees were the daily highs (about 3-5 degrees warmer than what our App told us). Our stay was perfect!! Deb our host communicated everything perfectly!! She was such a pleasant and gracious host. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay. The grounds, pool and hot tub...
