"The unit we stayed in was owned by the leasing company. It’s pretty basic but functional. Our only complaints are: 1. The floor was not clean. I took my shoes off when we first checked in and within 2 minutes my feet were black on the bottom. I suspect it had not been mopped in a long time. 2. The WiFi while present and free had a max download speed of 5mps. Slower than dial up I think. Essentially the WiFi was useless and the front desk didn’t do anything about it. "We moved over to the condo after spending a week at our timeshare. The location is great. Lots of beach towels and bath towels. Kitchen is fully stocked. We did apricate all of the storage containers. We were able to park in the upper lot and not the underground. The air conditioning is great. Also, the screened in Lani was nice in the early morning for breakfast. We would stay here again."

"The ocean is so close and beautiful, the restaurant was good and view is amazing and staff at the restaurant was nice. We stayed in the tower overlooking the tennis courts, do not recommend.
