"I had an extended stay due to a family member being in the hospital nearby. Jocelyn and Marilyn at the front desk made me feel so welcomed and cared for. They were extremely helpful and kind during a time I really needed it. The hotel was safe, clean, and extremely conveniently located. I am excited to go back on happier terms! "

"I've been to Chicago countless times, but my trip to Hyde Park was something special! I celebrated my birthday there, and staying at the Sophy Hotel was an amazing experience from start to finish. Jennika, the Guest Supervisor, was super helpful and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. She even recommended some awesome places to check out nearby! I can't thank her enough for all her tips; I found some of my favorite stores thanks to her. I also had lunch at the hotel bar, and oh my goodness, the food was absolutely fantastic! I’d rate it a solid 10 out of 10 for quality and service. And I have to mention the drink called the Sweater Weather—seriously, the bartender was incredible! I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"
