"This property was so warm and comforting, and the owners were so amazing with the in/out process! The little things that they offer for the comfort of home were above and beyond. I would 1000% recommend this as a must stay. The views are unreal!! The hospitality is unmatched! Absolutely gem! It’s always stressful traveling abroad alone but this guesthouse made all that seem irrelevant! Thank you so much and look forward to staying with you again!"

"Phenomenal view, attractively and comfortably furnished, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Nicole, our host, was very responsive, answering any questions in a matter of minutes. We had everything we needed for a 6-night stay, including the use of the hot tub on the deck, a BIG plus at the end of a long day of hiking. Highly recommended!"

"We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house."

"My husband and I had never used VRBO before and were a little nervous! Our hosts were fabulous putting all our trepidation to rest. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Fully equipped with all we needed to make our week in St Johns Newfoundland enjoyable and stress free. Located right in Petty Harbour. Great views and close enough to everything. We highly recommend!"

The place is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The downside was the parking which involved backing in on a one way road (for the equivalent to one block). The owners live upstairs and have small children, which would have perhaps been a good thing to know in the listing. "We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...
