Hop on the free trolley to explore the island and find your favorite sights and restaurants! If you've got a large group, there is an identical villa next door you can rent together to accommodate up to eight guests.

When you're not basking in the sun by the sparkling pool or reading in the sunroom, relax indoors in the pleasant air-conditioning. A gas grill and fully equipped kitchen let you make all the meals you're used to, and multiple tables provide options for dining. Settle down after a long day to watch a DVD on the HD flatscreen TV or surf the free WiFi. Feel free to pack light, since you can take care of laundry with the private washer/dryer.

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Place on a wonderful island
I have just had one of my best holidays ever. The home is ideally located, just a short walk to beautiful beach. Also very near some very good restaurants. It has a great, private and heated, swimming pool. We are already planning our next holiday and will want to come back to the same home.

Great Villa
We had a great week at this property. Pool had great sun throughout the day. Easy walk to the beach and about a mile into town. Bikes are not needed but a great way to explore the island. Our third time in Anna Maria at a different property every time, this did not disappoint. Two of us on the trip, can fit more but could be tight. Would recommend.

The property was perfect for our week long vacation. The most beautiful beach is a short walk away. White talcum powder like sands and a bath like sea. The property has a fabulous heated and private pool, I spent much of my time in it. The home has everything you need. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and massive. Quite a lot larger than we are used to in the UK. We are already planning our next holiday and we will be hopefully booking the same home.

Overall stay was enjoyable. Pool is not private as described since there is only a 4 foot high wall separating the properties.. Location is perfect and the home is well equipped. We will probably look elsewhere next year that has a private pool since we go to the beach 1st half of the days and the pool in the afternoon. We want total privacy while in the pool. If that doesn't matter to you this place is perfect.

Nice little spot
Pros: The home is a block and a half from the Gulf! Such an easy walk to be in the ocean. It’s only a mile walk to The Sandbar restaurant and shops and a little more than that to The Waterfront restaurant. The home was well equipped with dishes, glasses, utensils - everything you would need for a week stay. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained and the lawn chairs were comfortable and modern. We spent a lot of time in the pool. It was very nice. The air conditioner worked really well and the shower had excellent water pressure. Speaking of showers, the outdoor shower was really nice to wash the beach sand off before heading inside. The bathroom was supplied with a little amenities kit (Dove brand soap, shampoo, and conditioner). The back patio was comfortable and well equipped with pillows on the chairs and a high powered fan. It was perfect to get away from the bugs at twilight. Cons- The pillows were horrendous. I cannot stress this enough- bring your own pillows!!! The bed was just ok-ish. A higher fence around the front of the house would’ve been ideal. There wasn’t really any privacy in the area that we spent the majority of our time. Summary- we would stay again and really enjoyed this house. The cons aren’t meant to dissuade anyone, just a heads up so you know what to expect.

Altes Haus
Die Location ist super, ABER in dem Haus waren viele Dinge kaputt oder nicht mehr in Ordnung. Vacasa vor Ort hat sich zwar bemüht die Dinge auszutauschen/ reparieren, aber ein Teil war erst am Ende unseres Aufenthalts verbessert. Schade.

Wunderschönes kleines Ferienhäuschen
Das Haus ist wunderbar auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir haben dort 7 Nächte verbracht und waren begeistert. Es ist ALLES da, was man braucht. Selbst für den Strand und Pool ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei (Sandelzeug, aufblasbare Tiere, Ringe etc., Sonnenschirm, Sonnenstühle). Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Einmal über die Straße und man ist eigentlich schon am wunderschönen Strand! Wi kommen definitiv wieder!

It was a perfect house / duplex for our family. The pool was nice, short walk to the beach. The house had everything you need. Plenty of parking in front of house and outside seating in front by the pool or in the screened in back porch. Definitely will stay again.

Cute place
This is our favorite house to date. We have been coming to Anna Marie Island for 50 yrs. Pool was awesome. Tv worked well and washer and dryer in sun patio was nice. Quiet area. Will book again.

Perfect Stay during Pandemic!
This was the perfect getaway during Covid19. Having our own private pool and grill was the perfect way to stay socially distanced. The walk to the beach was under 5 minutes and the beach access was uncrowded and led out to a pristine beautiful beach. The place was clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we needed. We will be back!

Frustrated with management
The property had no working dryer and no exterior lighting. We stayed two weeks and had to use the local laundromat because we ran out of clothes. The property did reimburse us $25/day for the inconvenience, but can’t give us our time back. The lack of outdoor lighting was extremely dangerous as the pool is in the front very near the door. A repairman came, took two solar lights and placed them on the patio table and told us once they were charged we could place them anywhere we needed. They never worked. Another repairman simply said, “Things break.” This is unacceptable! We visit AMI frequently, always staying in homes or condos, and will never use this company again. Perfect Pool
The pool area was supline. Sunny and very well cared for by the pool company. The home itself could use some updating: chairs, area rugs, and art, ceiling fans also would be helpful as it could become quite stuffy at times. Vacasa was outstanding and very responsive with any and all requests.

Very enjoyable week at Blue Wave Villa East
Pro's: Clean!! Renovated, new flooring and furniture, bright & light, very attractive and pleasant. Nice linens Two blocks to the beach Heated pool and outdoor seating Kitchen adequately stocked with dishes and silverware. Con: No beach chairs. Two low sitting beach chairs would be greatly appreciated by guests, especially those flying in for a vacation. Con: Twin beds both have box springs that are extremely noisy because there is a piece of cardboard under the first layer of fabric. Sitting on the bed or laying on the bed or moving on the bed produces LOUD cardboard bending, scraping, squawking noises. The owner needs to address this. Take out the cardboard. Or replace the box foundations. It's ridiculous. Con: SLOW internet speed. WiFi often cut-out in the bedrooms or try streaming a movie. It would stop, sit and spin while trying to load. After rebooting the system repeatedly, speed tests indicated great irregularity in speed. Con: listening to building construction and beeping, beeping, beeping of a crane, while another huge house and pool is erected in the back yard of a lovely quiet street of one story houses.

Our get away!
Over all trip was good! We were there during red tide which was a total surprise! Thank goodness for the private pool! House was clean and all the things you would need! We had a great time! We will be back!
