Beach pool House Family Vacation Home.

This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard.
Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood.
New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard, with a large swing.
King bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third room. Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other bedrooms. Wood floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance & Espresso , cappuccino machine. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Large pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
Early check in will be $50 an hour extra.

Great Family Property
We had a lovely stay over the holidays, the house was perfect for two couples and an infant. There was plenty of space, the pool and outdoor area were great for everyone and we were able to have more family over to relax and hang out all together. Very clean and great location, will definitely stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home the week that Helene hit. We were only able to stay for 4 nights due to mandatory evacuation of AMI. The 4 nights we stayed were lovely. The home is everything as advertised, clean, pool area was perfect and it did not disappoint. Owner was out of the country but still stayed in close contact with us. Really hoping this adorable place faired well between Helene and Milton. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice stay in a very nice home, loved the pool. Would’ve loved more specific directions about checking in as there were three lockboxes by the door., You have to know which one to use. Lots of pool toys and beach accessories. Would recommend. Plenty of towels, good Wi-Fi.

Another great year here !
This is our third year in a row and it is the absolute best place to stay! My family loves it and so convenient to everything on the island. House had everything we needed and more . Owners/property managers are so friendly and responsive. We always rent bikes to use back and forth to the beach. I can say we had 6 staying in the house this time and we did not feel cramped at all, lots of space. Looking forward to next year !

Wonderful beach house!
This beach house was perfect for our family. It's a very easy walk to the beach with lots of beach toys in the garage. The private pool was incredible and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We used the outdoor living space extensively and loved the nanny options it offered. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed/couches are all very comfortable. When we return to the island in the future, we will definitely stay here again. The owner is extremely kind and communicative. Thank you for the wonderful location!

The house is in a great central location and the neighborhood was quiet with a short walk to the beach. The private pool was a great place to relax with everything you need. We would stay at this house again. The host was very responsive to generals questions.

Quiet and Peaceful
The property was exactly as described. Lots of extras (especially around the pool) to help relax. I really enjoyed the day bed swing overlooking the pool. Owner was always prompt about responding to emails. Kitchen was well stocked with things we would need to fix meals. Beds were comfortable. Will defiantly keep this property on our short list of places to return to.

The location and pool area were amazing! The only issue was we paid for early check in and the cleaner was still working for 30 minutes after we arrived. The owner did offer late check out after notified of issue; but we had other plans and did not accept.

Great place!
The house was ideal for our family. The pool area was beautifully designed and definitely the highlight of our stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it was conveniently located near everything and just a short walk to the beach. While the house was clean, there were some maintenance issues with the balcony and stair railings that seemed a bit janky. However, the owner was easy to reach and responsive.

Why this is a great place: fabulous owners who are so responsive and do everything they can to make your stay perfect; very comfortable furnishings and beds, and well-equipped kitchen; upstairs porch and a beautiful patio/pool area below, including a large swing and lots of seating; heated and well-maintained pool; chairs and other beach supplies; easy walk to the beach; quiet neighborhood; central location on Anna Maria. Very comfortable for four adults or a family with children.

What a great place to stay!! Great location, clean, very nice amenities. Wonderful outdoor space with pool. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas, etc. Kitchen was well equipped, we had everything we needed!! Property manager was very prompt in getting back to us if we had questions and was very helpful! Would definitely stay there again!!
