"Light switches need to be labeled. Not all outside lights worked. Light bulbs need to be switched out. Needs a little bit of maintenance overall. The main living needs a paint job, you can see clearly on the wall where they have painted and and you can’t unsee it. Two men, 1 day paint the main level, fix that because it’s the first thing you see as you come up the stair case. Basement master bedroom bed slats are broken. There’s a high and low spot on the bed. House Did not feel clean,...

"Our family enjoyed our stay, we were there for a weekend and enjoyed the pool, spacious bedrooms, and proximity to the beach. The property was also very clean, and had plenty of clean towels and blankets. Nice weekend! "

"The set up was great for us. Two separate wings with two bedrooms per side was perfect to vacation with family. It was also a very short walk to the beach. Some of the furniture was worn and the barstools were dangerous to sit on (need replaced). Other than that, when things were needed, the property manager was helpful. "

"It was half block from the beach, plenty of places to eat. Half the lights in the bungalow were not working but we felt still had enough light and we didn’t want to be bothered. A day before we left we had a problem with bathroom door and were told someone would contact us to go fix it but no one did. The bungalow was spacious and has a coffee machine and big refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. Overall a good stay!. "

"Excellent place located a few minutes from the beach and lots of places to eat. 30 min to Hard Rock Stadium. Nice pool and great dining room with TV for playing games while watching the game. "

"Overall we really liked this property, the management team was super responsive, it was comfy for our group of 8 people, the pool and hot tub were nice, etc. We just found that the "usual" small items in a higher end luxury home were missing from the kitchen, bathrooms, main living areas, etc. Nothing major it just felt like why cheap-out on the small stuff when we're already paying so much for a really nice home rental."
