"Very nice home a little dated but clean and lots of entertainment including swim pool, pool table ping pong…easy check in process. The home is a little out of the way if you don’t have a vehicle. Gary was great to communicate with. Was a little disappointed with having to put out the garbage, take linens out of bed thoroughly go through tidying the home as we had paid the cleaning fee at booking."

"This location is great for a family and had wonderful decor. The only problem was an ant issue the kitchen on the counter by the sink."

"We stayed at this house The house is in a great location, but real needs much maintenance. The floor boards are falling apart. There is mold in the unit. Humidity is always a challenge in south Florida, but the air ducts are probably leaking and condensing to cause mold around the air registers. There are hope in the wall. The handle on the freezer is broken. There were some cockroaches. The pool table looks good, but the table wasn't level and there is only one usable cue stick, the others were...

"This house is set up for large groups. The bedrooms are in all four corners of the house. This allows the each family or couple to have their own bathroom and own space. The property was clean and comes with everything you need to cook. The pool is perfect. It has a deep end with a seating area and a shallow end for young kids. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to the beach. The washer and dryer work well. The appliances all work well. We had a fantastic time and would gladly book this...

"We rented this last minute because the first home we rented canceled on us. The owner was very quick to respond. The details of the house were accurate. It came well equipped with anything you need in the kitchen. They also provided beach towels which was great!! House was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. My only recommendation would be to put a table out by the pool. It would’ve been nice to have something to set food and drinks on. The pool was great!! Would definitely come back!! "

"We had family and friends all flying into Miami from different parts of the country and this house was perfect. Lots of beds for the whole family, 3 large bathrooms and a large kitchen made this house great but the outside pool and seating area made our stay amazing. Tons of sitting and entertaining space outside around the pool which the kids loved. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, great host. I highly recommend and would stay here again if we have a large group coming...

"The space was beautiful and clean, and we were pleasantly surprised with how spacious it was.The pool and hot tub were well maintained.Turning on the hot tub and pool required contacting the rental agency, which was not a bad experience, but an extra step.Also, the hand soap was watered down with half water and half soap, so visitors should bring their own hygiene products (shampoo, hand soap). Overall, would definitely stay again,"

"My friends and I rented the house for our spring break, and we had a very enjoyable week. The house was in a great location, being only a 10-minute drive to Hollywood Beach and a 25-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale. We parked in the Margaritaville parking garage, located right on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, which was only 3/hour. The neighborhood itself was great, as we felt safe all week. Additionally, it was within walking distance to downtown Hollywood which had many restaurants and bars....

"Could have had more toilet paper and paper towels , for the amount of people we had . Loved the pool , but the back of the house looked like it needs some attention . Back yard pool area could be cleaned up , a little nicer . Over all we loved it . "
