"Hilton Culver City was overall GREAT!!!! Frm the valet and front upon entry. To the bar/restaurant and housekeeping staff. Everything was great!!! Edin and her team were fantastic. I came in early and they accommodated me an early check in. I was greeted by Jonathan via Concierge and he was super polite. I was first offered a room with a bathtub.I cannot lift my right leg for than a few inches so getting into a shower is dangerous as I am a fall risk. I was told to wait and a roll in shower should become available. I waited…… I finally got a room but received a step in shower instead. Still risky but managed to get in.
