Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening drinks on the deck that overlooks the ocean while embracing the relaxed Topsail Island atmosphere. The reverse layout of the home includes three bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and a master suite boasting a king bed and a private bathroom. The third bedroom has a playful beach theme, furnished with a twin/full bunk bed and a twin trundle. Additionally, all bedrooms are equipped with cable TV. For extra sleeping or lounging space, there is a daybed with a twin trundle in the great room on the second floor. The living area provides ample comfort with plush seating, ottomans, and a flat-screen HDTV with cable for your entertainment. Complimentary wireless internet is also available. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker for enthusiasts. The dining room can comfortably accommodate six, with extra seating for four at the bar, or you might enjoy dining on the screened porch outside. The owners have also thoughtfully supplied board games to entertain guests during rainy days or family game nights. Ample parking is available at ground level, both covered and uncovered, along with an outdoor hot/cold shower for your convenience.
