Perfect !
We enjoyed our time in Grubing very much. The house had everything that was needed and was decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations. The location was good in a quiet location close to the lifts with lovely views of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge cosy and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place.

Leider nicht so schön wie gedacht
Es fing schon beim Check In an. Als ich am Objekt ankam rief ich die Nummer an, die ich vom Reiseveranstalter bekommen hatte. Wir waren circa 16:00 Uhr da und ab 15:00 Uhr hätte man ins Haus gekonnt. Hier bekam ich einen vierstelligen Zahlencode um die Garage zu öffnen und die Hausschlüssel zu entnehmen. Es war niemand da der mir eine Einweisung für das Haus gab, dann wurde mir am Telefon noch gesagt, man hätte es nicht geschafft die Handtücher zu trocknen das sollten wir übernehmen. Als ich dann runter zum Trockner ging um die Arbeit zu erledigen für die ich eigentlich bezahlt hatte stellte ich fest dass der Trockner so mit Handtüchern voll gestopft war. Also fing ich nach meiner langen Reise an den Trockner auszuräumen, die Handtücher aufzuteilen und ihn anzuwerfen. Ich bemerkte jedoch recht schnell das Wasser aus dem Trockner lief also rief ich noch mal die Nummer an. Dort wurde mir gesagt ja sie müssen erst mal das Flusensieb reinigen. Nun gut wenn ich ja schon am arbeiten bin im Urlaub erledige ich das gleich mal mit. Als ich damit dann endlich fertig war und auf mein Zimmer ging stellte ich fest das sich unter meinem Bett und nicht nur unter meinem Bett Essensreste und Verpackungsmaterial vom Vorbesitzer befanden auch die Mülleimer waren zu 90 % gefüllt und stanken bestialisch so das die Fenster im unteren Bereich nicht geöffnet werden konnten. Da aus dem Abfalleimer nicht nur Gestank sondern auch Hunderte von Fliegen kamen die sich auch im Haus befanden machte ich mich auf der Suche nach einer Fliegenklatsche. Gottseidank fand ich diese und fing an das Haus von den Fliegen zu säubern. Des weiteren hatten wir uns auf schöne Grillabende gefreut, der Hausbesitzer wollte nicht dass gegrillt wird. Das sollte man vorher erwähnen und zu guter Letzt habe ich so circa zehn Ohrenkneifer erlegt.

Gelungener Familienurlaub
Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern zwischen 1 - 9 Jahren da. Sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Lage mit Blick auf die Hohe Tauern hervorragend. Für Kleinkinder wäre ein Spielbereich im Freien sehr schön. Super auch der Badesee in Hollersbach

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete und gut gelegene Hütte
Zuallererst: Die Verwalterin, Frau Horngacher, ist sehr nett, meldet sich schnell auf Benachrichtigungen und kümmert sich sofort, wenn etwas fehlt oder Probleme bereitet. (Wir hatten ein kleines Heizungsproblem und ein Handmixgerät hat sie uns auch geliehen.) Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und liegt ruhig in einer Siedlung am Hang. Der Wohnbereich ist gemütlich und reicht bei einer Belegung mit 12 Personen aus. 16 Personen würden am Esstisch nicht mehr gemeinsam Platz finden, einige müssten an den in die Küche integrierten Bistrotisch ausweichen. Das am Durchgangszimmer gelegene Zimmer mit Doppelstockbett ist sehr klein, zwei Personen können sich dort kaum gleichzeitig bewegen. Zwei der Betten im Viererzimmer sind Klappbetten und sehr schmal. Die Sauna funktioniert gut und ist mit zwei Duschen ausgestattet. Leider fehlt ein kleiner Ruhebereich. Der Skiraum ist wie auch der Skischuhtrockner gut beheizt. 4 Autos können am Haus geparkt werden, eines davon in der Garage. Bonus für Raucher: Heizstrahler auf der (großen) Terrasse - denn geraucht wird natürlich draußen :-) Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
