"The facilities and services are great.
Big main Onsen Bath, along with great souvenirs shop & free wine/sake offer to hotel guesses between 5-6pm.
Staffs are very polite and fluent in English.
Happy with the stay. We enjoy very much.

"Overall a nice Onsen hotel located on the top of the hill. Will be tough if u dun drive. We arrived after last light and it is very dark as there’s no lights going up. But it is still ok. The staff at reception was very helpful to assist in calling a nearby restaurant to check if there’re open for dinner. "
"A lovely traditional Japanese style inn with attentive service. Close to the beach, great bath facility and an exquisite lounge to have a morning coffee "
"Very nice onsen ryokan with seaview in room and breakfast area.
It is also good that u can enjoy the dinner in your room, which is now not a common practice in most of the onsen ryokan.
Everything is designed to meet the needs of the guests. Highly recommended if u will travel to Yonago area, especially for its reasonable charge."
"I was looking for a really relaxing stay in Misasa and this hotel did not disappoint! There's a great sense of calm at the Saiki Bekkan, from the vast, carpeted main lobby with its dramatic glass wall overlooking the traditional garden to the spacious and multi-roomed accommodation. The hot spring baths are enormous and provide ample opportunity for bathing both indoors and in outside pools. The food was sumptuous and the staff incredibly friendly. This hotel may lack the river views of other...
"Would be good to have simple cooking amenities like cooking oil, salt, pepper. Was only sent the unlocking number after I messaged (did not receive an email that was supposed to be sent 24 hrs before check-in). Location instructions was unclear from the booking confirmation, only managed to find accommodation after host contacted via whatsapp."
"however there a place for improvement: first - all the communication between us and hotel staff was only thought Google Translate. A bit disappointing. Another issue - restaurant & breakfast. it was crowded during evening hours and with a long wait (staying outside whatever weather conditions) during breakfast time. "
"It is an older Buddhist temple and feels wonderful to be in a place with such character and history. The meals (all are vegetarian in accordance with Buddhist tradition) are a delicious delight. This is from one who is not a vegetarian!
The service is personal and sincerely caring. I would recommend visiting Daisen and staying there. "

"English translation follows.
I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. Thank you to the staff for their flexibility and assistance in meeting our unique needs during our stay.
One final note: this area of Japan does not have a lot of English speakers, so if you are an English-only traveler you may have difficulty at this location."
