Property is in a great location. Hosts are great- helpful! They also have a wonderful tailor for custom suits/ dresses. Breakfast was lovely, not the most cleanly coming from North American standards, but acceptable.

Amazing place to stay
Very very recommended, the hosts are the nicest, the location is perfect and the room is so beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I'm sceptic when i see such high review score because sometimes the hosts push you to do it but this place didnt and they really deserves 10!

Such a friendly family that can’t do enough for you. The homestay room was big, perfect air con and clean. The location is perfect - easily walkable to the old town and right near the night markets but very quiet. There is also a very cute local restaurant at the end of the steet called ‘hi’. Highly recommend this homestay - excellent value

A fabulous place!
This was our first Homestay and I can honestly say it was great! It's on a quiet street and very close to the night market. Room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable...and to top it off you got a super breakfast. The hosts were very friendly. I certainly can highly recommend this place.

A Phenomenal Homestay in the Perfect Location
This was the most wonderful place to stay during my trip to Hoi An. The location is stellar, it is immaculately clean, and the family that runs the Homestay is very kind, honest, and trustworthy. They let you use their bikes for free, and can help you plan whatever day trips you'd like at a very fair price with no upsell tactics. Plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. We had a wonderful stay with Lùu’s family. Good location, only one block to the night market and 10 minutes walk to the old city. The room was quiet, clean, spacious and very comfortable beds! Breakfast was basic but very good! Great coffee every morning! Big shout out to Lùu!! She was the most helpful Homestay owner I ever met in my life!! She arranged almost everything we needed for us, from renting motorbikes, buying SIM card, exchange money, making dresses and shirts, book flights.. Thank you so much!! We will definitely recommend your place to everyone!!

Excellent property! The room was clean and spacious with great complimentary toiletries. The property owners were friendly, professional and so helpful throughout my stay. Bill Ben is located right by the night market as well as plenty of restaurants, spas and shopping right on the island. A three minute walk and you are in the heart of the ancient city. 10/10! The value for the price is outweighed only by how lovely the owners are:)
