" Beautiful, clean property with pleasant and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and a lovely bath with deep tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Rotterdam. "Right next to the cruise terminal which is very convenient. The view of the city and water is stunning from the front of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and kind, and called us to follow up once we got to our room to check if we needed anything. The room was remarkable. "My stay was very comfortable. I was very positively surprised by the amenities and cleanliness of the hotel. Bedroom comes with towels and bathrobes. Bathroom has shower gel, shampoo and hand soup + lotion, hairdryer etc. I was amazed by the kitchen as well. They have drinks on tap, coffee, tea, ability to heat food, cutlery and plates. "Overall very nice hotel, spacious well designed rooms. Only comment is their terribly customer service, which is half automated with pre-checkin and pre-authorisation on creditcard, only to have to do it all again when arriving at the hotel. One or the other should suffice."

"Leuk bijzonder hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was prima (etagère werd aan tafel gebracht met croissant, broodje, ham, kaas, bacon, ei, jam, glaasje yoghurt met cruesli). We hebben gekozen voor een kamer met terrasje erbij, leuke toevoeging! Enige minpuntje was dat de kamer hier en daar stoffig was. Ivm stofallergie was dat wat minder prettig."

Lovely Hotel - Long Bath <3

"Loved this hotel, the bed was comfy, the bath was long enough for me(!!), and the location is perfect! We stayed on the 11th floor and could barely hear any of the street noise from the surrounding areas. Everything was nice and clean, and easy to use. We did have to pay a €100 deposit upon arrival which I was told would be refunded upon checkout, however I haven't received it yet (3 days later). We pre-booked late checkout but ended up leaving before the original checkout time anyway and didn't get charged any extras, so I would recommend looking into that (after you've booked) as a safety net! Definitely will be booking again next time we visit Rotterdam! "

Bare bones, but the bones were good

"This hotel was a great find. Good location, big clean rooms. The rooms had comfortable beds (although the pillows were a little cheap and uncomfortable), and the bathrooms were modern and immaculate. The toiletries game in-room was a bit poor, although they did have some to collect at reception upon request . Lovely front desk staff, and the toothbrushes offered were good quality. Breakfast was quite basic, but serviceable, and the restaurant staff was friendly and professional . The same goes for their bar, where we had snacks and cocktails at with friends. The whole impression of the hotel was of excellent quality basics, with all of the frills removed- and they were not much missed. We'd return here glady if ever back in The Hague. "
