Self checkin using an app you are required to register with them. Ill prefer if there was a guest option. Now staff is there but also not, since this hotel is a Satellite hotel for the main one called Kabin Kyoto which is 3 minutes walk. So all the services you expect from a normal hotel are provided from Kyoto. Koji only has a shared kitchen and thats it basically.

Washing machine did not dry my clothes when entire cycle was complete. Directions were not clear in the information packet. However, the staff that helped me when I arrived was very very helpful.
