"This is the second time we stayed at this property and we hope to stay again. The home is clean, comfortable, and roomy. It has a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. The home had plenty of room for our family of 6. The host is very accommodating and responsive. We feel very fortunate to have found this rental home. If lucky enough, we hope to be able to stay here again! "

"As a family of four with two teens, this place was perfect. Beds were comfortable, cabin was clean, the outside deck with a charcoal grill, (easy to light with some propane attached) firepit with supplied wood and access to Long lake with a cute little beach with a kayak. We explored Sebago Lake, (rented a pontoon boat) did the Songo River Queen riverboat ride (the 12p-2p is more informative, the later night one is more of a party boat). "It was close to Camp Cody wedding venue, bed was comfortable and place was clean. Everything was was great. Maybe not the place for anyone with mobility issues, as there are quite a few stairs to enter."

"The home is beautiful, so spacious and very clean. We had 5 children aged three and under in our party, and the amenities for small children (changing tables, gates on the stairs, outlet covers, indoor and outdoor toys) were SO appreciated. We loved how secluded the property was, having space for the kids to roam and shout and play, but we also had pretty easy proximity to North Conway and Storyland for activities. Highly recommend staying here!"

"Incredible stay at black bear lodge. Perfectly nestled in the trees, the lodge had everything you could need and was very clean. The bedrooms were well appointed and the living space with the log fires in the lounge and kitchen were dreamy. We had a wonderful stay and communication was excellent the entire time.
