"For the price we paid, we were very satisfied. Not fancy, but perfectly acceptable. Only problem was that we had booked a room for 5 at the listed price, but at check-in they said the price listed was only for 4. Then, upon checking a recently issued policy manual, they found that there is an additional $10 fee for EACH guest over 2 in a double room (2 queen beds). But staff were sympathetic and charged us only $10 total extra and brought in the rollaway bed that we'd expected. And they were nice about it."

"We spent a couple of days north of Bemidji at the resort. Our little cabin was very clean, had the amenities we needed, comfortable beds, a nice beach and kayaks complimentary. We would stay here again."

"This is a nice, clean, seemingly newly renovated cabin with good air conditioning located about 20-25 minutes from Bemidji. The area feels pretty remote generally (some gravel road on the way etc.), but there is a cluster of cabins on the small lake. Downsides were no functioning internet, cell service or smart TV, and it felt pretty personal (clothes and other owner materials in the closet and desk, owner visited frequently etc.). Overall, a good value for a 3 bedroom house in the Bemidji area if you don't need to work, etc. or mind isolation. We did see a bear crossing the road the first night."

"We had a nice relaxing time at this apartment on Blackduck Lake. The apartment was clean and spacious with a quick walk to the lake or pool. The property is well-maintained and the beach is large and sandy. Would recommend staying here!"
