"This place was definitely a splid place to stay while attending Knoxville for a short trip. The location of this place was great being that it was really close to just about anything in town. However, this place is not for light sleepers. The train and highway keep for a pretry loud surroundings whe sleeping at night. I also made nore that the house did have a sightly stale, smoke smell to it. However, the beds and rooms were very clean. There was only a small bit of dust on thw attic door on...

"Property was very clean inside but there were branches on driveway and vines near sitting area that needed cleaned up. Location was excellent and our stay was good. Some noise from upstairs tenants but nothing out of ordinary for a basement perspective. Rental was decorated beautifully and very clean and spacious enough for 6 guests. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! Thank you!"

"The property was exactly as advertised and well-appointed with everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The house is great for two families. The teenagers slept in the sunroom and had their own television and outdoor area. We had a great time and will definitely be back!"

"Good location to UTK. Car dependent but quick drive to everything. Owner was great to deal with and responsive in taking care of a very minor issue with the TV. Easy check in and check out. House was clean. Had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. Will use again! Thank you!"

"This location worked out great for us. It's a very pretty, hilly, historic part of town, with lots of dog walkers and flowering trees. And we were running late to a show, but got there and the theater was only 8 minutes away. I liked the generous touches like the free snacks in the kitchen (always helpful). The beds were very comfortable. Maybe add a kleenex box for the people with high allergies (like me :))? But really it was a great stay for us. (Fenced back yard on a hill). "

"I was in town for a music festival and really enjoyed being closer to downtown/Old City, a very leisurely 8-10 minutes away. The place was very clean, very comfortable bed and sitting areas. Kitchen was spacious and had everything I needed, including a gas stove which I really appreciated. Nice leafy residential neighborhood that was very quiet and peaceful. "

"Came here for one night and enjoyed this house very much! It’s an old charming home that is well decorated and very clean. I was warned by a couple friends from Knoxville that this was a bad neighborhood - I didn’t get that impression at all. It is just an old neighborhood with smaller homes. Only thing I would suggest more clarity on, is that there’s an “a & b” to this property. "Perfect location on Norris with lovely view and steps down to the lake. House was very nice and had everything you needed. Host was very responsive with any questions. Loved that there was a pontoon available to rent. We had a great stay! "
