"Everything was what I expected, but I did note the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also, the room soundproofing is superior, meaning I did not hear people in the hallway or outside. This does make the room sounds seem louder, so I get the comments about heater sounds. It did not bother me at all and I slept well. I prefer not to hear anyone else in the hotel. I would stay here again."
