Not worth the hassle of booking and all the paperwork if you aren’t staying an extended time. Also, I didn’t have hot water during my stay.

Overall the stay was very nice. Parking for overnight at the hotel is $40 which is a little pricey considering we’re already paying for our stay. The hotel key should be able to let guest enter and exit the parking garage, but at the time of our visit the system was not working. There is a parking garage right next to the hotel that only chargers $15 a night, wish I would have saw that before I stayed.

The apartment itself was very clean, functionally stocked for 4 people, nice view of city. The 2 main issues were the cellular key lock and the parking. One had to use your cell phone to access an app, press to open every single door to building, room etc. and sometimes didn’t work so you are stuck! A few times didn’t feel safe with a homeless person hovering around front door. No one in lobby took care of,the situation. Speaking of lobby, there is,no 2nd floor,lobby with staff to help, only a person sitting at a table with a computer on entry floor…they may or may not,be helpful with info, especially the inept parking situation. There was no valet available, we parked in the unloading zone as instructed online only to have someone, valet?? Come tell to hurry and move the car……it was a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand was doing. The place was pleasant but will not return.

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta downtown while in town for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl. The location was great, the rooms large and clean and all the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Great stay!"
