The Space:
A spacious studio apartment, ideal for the weekend adventurer or a romantic getaway.

The kitchenette features a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, and toaster oven.

The main room offers ample room to relax, with comfortable seating for 4 to watch TV to relax with a good book. The main room and kitchenette can be separated from the bed with a curtain, perfect for an added layer of privacy.

The bathroom is a luxurious double vanity bath with heated floors, ample storage, and a walk-in glass enclosed shower. Separated from the main room by a sliding farm door, this rustic flair adds to the overall modern feel of the space.

The king bed faces a dresser to store your clothing and belongings.

There is also a washer/dryer.

Parking is permitted along main street but is first come, first serve. You can find additional parking in the back of the building as well as on Oak Street. The Lofts on Main have two reserved parking spaces on Oak Street which are also first come first serve.
The Padgett Studio is on the second floor.

Excellent Choice
The Padgett Loft was immaculate when we arrived. Very comfortable and space enough for two. We were especially impressed with the modern bath which has a two-lavatory vanity and a heated floor! Best of all we parked and didn't move the car until we left - everything, including walking trails, are very close by. The property is in the middle of activity, with the market just down and across the street. Will definitely return.

My husband and I booked a quick weekend getaway and the location was fantastic. It is walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops and a short drive to various waterfalls and hiking trails. The studio was spacious and perfect for us.

Wonderful Stay
Really well-appointed loft and in the middle of town. Between the washer/dryer, microfridge, etc., they've thought of everything and it made staying there really relaxing. Only two dedicated parking spots for the "Lofts on Main" but finding a close parking spot on Main St wasn't an issue at all and that was on a really busy holiday weekend. Noise level was very low, especially considering the middle of town location.

The BEST place to stay in Highlands
We booked all 6 units of Lofts on Main for family for a wedding and each unit is amazing - spotless, DEVINE bedding, location - the Lofts on Main cannot be beat - the efficiencies were so smartly organized for the space and comfortable - the bigger units had wonderful gathering spaces for the family - Sherry made the rentals so easy - thanks again and we will be back!

Hidden gem in Highlands
My husband and I needed a place to stay for a wedding and we found the Padgett Studio would be perfect for us due to the size and location of the loft. We walked to Mountain Fresh Grocers every morning for breakfast- so convenient! The Secret Garden sandwich shop is right around the corner too. The studio loft was decorated with comfortable mountain chic decor and the bed was so comfortable! We loved the warming bathroom floor and the shower!
