"This house was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. For a group of 6, it was so ideal for each bedroom to have its own bathroom with a large enough living and dining room for us to all spend time together. We loved it!"

"The Little Pine Cabin was perfect in every way. It is in a wonderful location; easy drive only a short distance from downtown Highlands. Prior to our stay the hosts were in touch on more than one occasion with suggestions for restaurants and places of interest. We couldn't have asked for better communication from them. The cabin has every amenity with a special coffee bar, fully stocked, along with a welcome bottle of wine. It was a special experience with all that this home offered. We will definitely return. Many thanks to our host for making this visit memorable!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It had everything we needed and then some. The property was beautiful with wonderful hiking trails. We enjoyed the outdoor theater and hike to the waterfalls. The snow made it even more beautiful. Would definitely book again in the future."

"I checked the Highlands was magical. We were celebrating our friends 40th birthday and had a group of eight women. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen, gorgeous, and we loved having our morning coffee outside by the fire. This was a magical trip and we enjoyed so much quality time together in a beautiful setting. The hosts were wonderful and communicative, And so easy to work with. We traveled during a hectic time after Helene, and we were so thankful that the property and the family were all safe. We hope to come back and stay at the same location again soon!"

"Stayed at this property numerous times over the years. They’ve made wonderful updates and it truly feels like a mountain lodge with an amazing bar and gorgeous seating area. The restaurant was closed so we didn’t get to try it. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a quiet escape to a truly charming inn. "
