"The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in and also check us out was pleasant, approachable, and helpful. We noticed that the staff made a point to say "good morning" to us. The man who was in charge of the breakfast area was very pleasant and helpful. He was on top of the serving line and made sure is was kept clean and stocked. He was saying "good morning" to everyone who ate there. I attempted to tell the manager about his good service, but the manager was busy with another customer at the time. From what I heard, the breakfast area man had only been there a month. "
