"I stayed in room 130. Before booking the hotel i had read the reviews and i saw they were mixed for the hotel and i didnt know what to expect. The area (West Memphis) is also an area i try to avoid but the rate on the room through expedia was just too good to turn down (I paid $48 total.) So i booked the room. Check in was quick. I was surprised i didnt have to show my credit card. I had called and checked in advance and i was told since i booked online all i had to show was my id. Good deal....

"Very nice hotel. Updated room with clean bathroom. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is Secured parking at the hotel. Breakfast is included, a good hot breakfast. Reasonably priced for downtown location. Definitely would stay there again if in the area. "

The Best!

"This is my way to urge anyone planning a stay at casino resort hotel in and around the Memphis area to absolutely make this one the choice, you will be so glad you did. They have a very large staff and every member was so friendly, comforting, knowledgeable of the facilities, and all were smiling happy to be there to help with your stay. The rooms were very nice and appeared to be upgraded perhaps also with great views and beds. The slots had some really decent payouts. and the buffet in the kitchen area was excellent and very clean.They also offer a steakhouse bar area. Oh and even the elevators were very quick with no wait time. And as for security, well so what if they card you each time you come through doors thats for everyones security and takes no time to do and the security dogs were friendly too and did as they were instructed to do. Fantastic place."

"Loved everything!!! The hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious clean.. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Restaurants were 5 star.the food delicious! Shuttle service Top notch!!! The driver sang Happy Birthday to my granddaughter... The valet gave her a 90th anniversary pin from Elvis birthday!!! We had a wonderful time!!! Best place I've ever stayed!!"

Hotel Indigo Memphis Downtown, an IHG Hotel

"We stayed at this property in Memphis. It was about 6 blocks from downtown. We were able to find free street parking which as a plus. The bed was soft and amazing. The restaurant was delicious. Overall we had a great stay. Staff was very nice."
