"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean. The floors were so clean when wiping up some water drips, there was not one spec of dirt on the paper towel! That is my measure for being clean! Home owners were excellent to work with. Texting answers to my many questions. We stayed while we were in town for the 12 Hours of Sebring race. "We had a fabulous time at the house. We had one issue with the A/C but it was resolved very quickly with the owner. The home was clean and lovely. We enjoyed the place and rested, relaxed by the pool and cooked fresh pizza in the kitchen. The spaces and 3 rooms each with a bathroom was luxury. The location was right next to Publix supermarket and bealls outlet. Communication with owner was quick and efficient. Easy access to 27 and 17-92 Haines city and into Winter Haven."

" Spoke to guy managing the property a day before, asked if the pool was heated, he said yes, turns out that was a lie. Is not heated. AC on the second floor was at 80 degrees at night, contacted him and he said he will send a technician the next day, he never did, bunch of lies. "
