"After having a horrible experience staying at howards and motel 6… I decided to give equus a shot.. Best decision ever!!"

"The property is beautiful but the guests are loud, the lights are bright but the hallway is so bright it bleeds into the room at night. It would be better if the hotel dimmed the hallway from 11 pm to 6 am to remind guests that people may be sleeping. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. The property offers a great dog park but clients don't always bother to bring their animals there. Hotel was very pleasant, but heated pool was unavailable. "

The front desk person asked to run my credit card twice for $100 and then proceeded to tell me my card had been declined . On the third try the payment was approved and he did not apologize but merely thanked me for being patient which at this point I wasn’t . The shower although beautiful did not...
