"We spent the weekend getting together with family that lives in the area here. Ample space for people to sleep but we only used half of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool heater was a plus due to the temps this time of year, and so was the hot tub. The location is great - close to shopping and restaurants if needed. We didnt use the kayaks or bikes jist because it was quite chilly out, but those were a nice addition. We would stay again sometime!"

"House was great, perfect access with the boats, plenty of room to park. Only down fall was the beach sand it's a great feature and looks nice, but after a day it's everywhere. Ends up all over the house inside and out you feel like all your doing is walking on sand and constantly wiping your feet off. Other than that the rest of the house was amazing just as listed. "

"This house has plenty of space and plenty of bedrooms. The backyard area is very spacious and has many chairs for getting together. The best part is the view on the channel and the amount of water frontage they have. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 5 or 10 minutes. My parents live close by so this was the perfect spot to visit and hang out. Communication with the owner and check in and out was great and easy. Would definitely recommend and will definitely come back next...

"My grandson wanted to move in the house is so beautiful and well decorated. Being on the river was very relaxing and convenient. We took the kayaks out every day and enjoyed paddling on the river and looking for manatees. My grandson even saw some otters. "Our kids spent Christmas with their in-laws this year so we were by ourselves. We love to kayak on the Weeki Wachee river launching at Rogers Park. This house was right around the corner and right on the water. It was a perfect place to stay and launch our kayaks. The house was in great shape and very clean. We would be happy to rent this house again in the future"
