"This house had plenty of room to give everyone space to themselves but the best part of this property is the large, spacious and outstanding backyard as our dogs loved it as did us! Great to look out and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks taking it all in! Saw deer and turkey several times. "This block in Durango is quiet, with locals waving and saying hello as if you lived among them. You get to see the stars, hear the trains, see the deer/elk wonder through town, with the ease on parking close to the cottage. The home is adorable with any amenity you need. "This is a charming little cabin with updated amenities. Shawn and Sarah are attentive to guests needs, providing a very comfy bed, precut firewood for campfires, barbecue grill, fish food for the stocked pond, etc. We went up for the Father's Day weekend, fished in the creek, paddled the canoes on the pond, fed the fish, relaxed in the hottub and by the campfire and never left the property! If I had to give a negative, I would prefer the cabin was a little more secluded, but that's just me:)"

"Property has a nice appearance, but there were several issues with the property and were conveyed to the manager. The last day was very aggravating. We advised the property manager of an issue and the last day workers arrived to work on the roof. All we heard was loud banging and drilling. Very annoying when you're trying to relax after skiing."
