The location was great for us (closer to Silverton than Durango), and the cabin was outfitted with most everything you’d hope to have at a VRBO. « It was a cute little room but we did not walk into what we had booked and paid for. The original booking showed two beds and a couch. When we walked in there was only a bed and a couch. My children had to sleep on a metal bed and a blow up mattress that kept going flat. The host was very rude about it and did little to accommodate us. The room we stayed in was less cost than what we originally paid. We definitely got scammed. »

« The lodge is nicely designed to accommodate a few families. For instance, we had a small family reunion consisting of two families of five and the grandparents. Not only is their ample space, but the location is also such that children can safely play outdoors. We were looking for a place with a king size bed and also another bed option (in this case a sofa bed) as we were in the area to move our youngest child into her dorm room at FLC.
