This is what I would consider a mid-tier hotel comparable to Holiday Inn Express or Fairfield Inn & Suites and I felt the value was a little better than most other comparable hotels I've stayed at in the past several years. "To the property owners- feel free to delete this review for privacy, but I wanted to let you know that I got bitten by a spider in my sleep a couple of times while I was staying there. Not a huge deal, but maybe check around the bed to see if there are any friends hiding out back there! Lovely property, very cozy - I had to work out how to turn off the heater at night because it was noisy (pinging) and was keeping me awake, but after that it was great! "
