They must have been left open from the previous cleaning. No big deal, would definitely stay here again, just make sure you check windows if you’re facing the highway, it’s quite noisy. "

"We attended an indoor College Track meet at MSJ University. It was our son's 18th birthday, so decided last minute to get reservations at hyatt downtown Cincy, to celebrate. We had dinner at restaurant there, it was delicious, the Staff came out and sang Happy B-day to our Son. We watched the NFL playoff game. Went across street to 5 iron virtual golf, then back to Hyatt where we played pool, had great pizza, handmade at the Bistro there at Hyatt!! It was a Great family weekend!! Thank you Hyatt and Staff!! "
