It really was perfect for our family getaway with plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone, well-equipped kitchen for cooking and having all of our dinners at home together, a loaded gameroom and movie room, a hot tub that the hosts clean and refill between stays, and even a quiet office space with dual monitors for sneaking in a bit of work. Heber City also featured a lot of local amenities and the neighborhood itself was peaceful, friendly, and safe. There was myself and my 4 grandsons, my son was able to join us for a couple of days and everyone had their own room. The bedrooms are spacious, movie room has plenty of seating for everyone. The guys loved the outside firpit and hot tub, The game was great for everyone. The youngest was 11, but I saw they have many toys for younger kids. My youngest loved the outdoor trampoline. The owner met us at the house and was very nice and said to call if we needed anything. The location is great very close to anything you may need and very secure. Jan 2, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great house, great location My family of five loved this spacious house and had so much room to spread out. The kitchen and bedrooms were fabulous and decorated so nicely (especially loved the soft fur rugs). Family favorites were the game room and movie room. We spent cozy evenings sitting in the hot tub, playing ping pong and watching Christmas movies in the movie room. The location was so convenient for all of our fun winter activities in Heber City, Midway and Park City. We were able to snow tube, ice skate, swim in geothermal crater, snowmobile and enjoy a horse drawn wagon ride all within 10-20 minutes of the house. Also nice having garage for rental car and mud room. The host was great and gave us good recommendations for eating and shopping. Would absolutely love to stay here again if ever in the area. The home is beautiful and completely functional. The location is within 5 minutes of everything you could need (fast food, restaurants, hospital, fuel, shopping, etc). It's about 20-30 minutes from Park City. There are some very cool attractions nearby like swimming in a crater only 15 minutes away. The owner was very responsive, laid back and accommodating. Jun 17, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location and comfortable hone We greatly enjoyed our stay here for the several weeks we needed a temporary home while waiting for our new home to be completed for us. This was exactly what we needed for our stay with comfortable accommodations. The host was extremely helpful and friendly staying in communication as needed and helpful with any questions we had. The location is central to the Heber Valley with grocery stores, restaurants, and all nearby. Of course easy access to Park City and only a 30 minute drive to Provo and Orem and less than an hour to Salt Lake City. There is a Traeger pellet grill that we accessed for several nice barbecues and the hot tub was a nice bonus. The 2car garage was convenient and definitely would be a great help in the winter especially. The neighbor hood is very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly as well. We highly recommend this home and our cat enjoyed her stay as well. Very family friendly and would be great for families with all the nice bedrooms. ##### Alan H. The house is gorgeous and has so many wonderful additions, like a game room with ping pong, skeball, basketball and more. The jacuzzi was incredible and the sheer amount of space and rooms was awesome. It is the perfect place for multiple families and friends to congregate and enjoy Utah and nearby ski resorts. We used the Jordanelle Gondola to Deer Valley almost everyday avoided the Park City traffic. Joshua, the host, is amazing. He was so responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Just an absolute nice guy with the renters best interest in mind. I was skeptical at first, given how amazing the property was billed as, but it’s all as good as it can get. The listing actually undersells the property and experience. Look no further, you’ve found the best there is to offer in Heber City and the surroundings. ##### Chris H. Feb 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Exceeded expectations It’s rare for a property to be better than pictured/ described, but this one was all it claimed to be and more. The items in the home didn’t feel cheap or thrown together for photos; everything felt like someone lives there and put everything they would want into the home. Special attention was given to making families comfortable and ours certainly was! The kids enjoyed exploring all the areas, jumping on the sunken trampoline, chatting in the hot tub, playing games in the basement, and watching their shows in the movie room. We also made use of the (professional grade!) karaoke machine and the extensive game closet! We had room to spread out, and everything we needed to cook several meals. Access to Park City for skiing and Salt Lake for exploring was easy, and the owner was very quick to respond to messages and questions. I don’t have anything negative to say, because it was so lovely, comfortable, and well appointed. Heber City was cute too, with several good restaurants and shops. I needed to contact him with a couple questions and his response was timely, and he was gracious and helpful. The house overall was simply perfect. Everything was well stocked and clean. There were extra linens and pillows, plenty of towels and washcloths, cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, cups, plates, bowls, comfortable beds, etc. Total, we had 4 adults, our 2- and 5-year-old granddaughters and our dogs. There was something to do for everyone...the girls loved the trampoline and the hot tub and the huge basement playroom. The adults loved the game room and had many ping-pong and basketball challenges. We were able to watch all football and many movies in the downstairs movie room. The dogs had plenty of safe room to run and loved that too. But the highlight was movie night out under the stars. Our 5 year old granddaughter thought this was awesome, and so did I. Honestly, it was hard to say goodbye to this place. I really hope we can make it back there at some point. Thank you, Jonathan, for helping us build some special memories. ##### Sherra O. There is plenty to do in the game room, outside living room and even relaxing in the living room. The beds were comfy cozy and the house is pleasantly decorated with a rustic look.
