The perfect ratings that have been submitted for this hotel are clearly from the hotel owner to try to balance the bad ratings.
In short, this property needs to be investigated and condemned. The room smelled bad. Chips and food crumbs on the blanket. Someone's metal fingernail file was left on the blanket. Mold or water stains on the ceiling. The carpet was nasty and you could not walk barefoot. You could feel sliminess everywhere.
I tried to sleep in my car but was uncomfortable so I came back in and found a small section of the bed that wasn't too dirty.
This was booked as non-refundable so there's that.
The lobby and front desk is old and rundown. There's a bell you pick up and ring for service.
During check-in two customers walked up behind me with requests and the lazy eyed manager yelled at them.
One of the customers was trying to tell him their roof was leaking on the bed. The manager clearly didn't care.
Easily the worst hotel I've ever been in.
I want my money back.
