The shuttle driver kindly helped another passenger out when he didn’t know where he had to go. The front desk staff took my bags out to the shuttle without being asked. Very pleasant stay! "

"I needed a place close to Duke Hospital and after comparing the ones that were closer to this one, im SO HAPPY I WENT WITH THEM!! Amazing service, room very clean , breakfast was delicious and everyone there was so helpful with informing me of places around to shop and eat!! The only downfall was the indoor pool, although the water felt fantastic and was Very clean there was alot of cold air coming thru both sets of doors which made it extremely cold getting out! However we would definitely stay here again!! "
