"No toiletries, none mounted in the bathroom either. Key didn’t work. Desk clerk couldn’t get it to work. Had to call in someone rise so we could get back in our room. Steps upstairs were dirty. Desk people were very nice though. "

"We have stayed at this hotel for several years. We stayed on 2/8/25, and they have renovated almost everything:new flooring, new curtains, TVs, and some furniture. We love the pool area...nice hot tub. The people are always nice."

"In the middle of the night we had someone keep trying to get in our room. We called the front desk and asked someone to come check on it and they asked us to tell the person to come to the front desk. We let them know that we were not opening the door and asked that they send someone to check on it which they finally did. The room was noisy overall as we could hear the people upstairs every time they moved around. "
