"Great hotel and friendly service. My daughter and I came into Boston for college tours and the hotel staff was super accommodating, welcoming and helpful. We both felt safe while staying there and looked forward to coming back each night for much needed rest. I have 4 stars for the bed, my side seemed a little used/soggy and 4 stars for the elevator (which is super slow). We would take the elevator down as it was faster. The hotel is located centrally, about two short blocks from an entrance to the T and close to Boylston & Newberry St with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff gave us recommendations for breakfast and dinner and the places did not disappoint. One last thing, we left around 5:30am and the front door staff has to unlock the door to let us out, for me, HUGE relief to know that guest’s safety is a priority. Will definitely come back and stay here. "

"So convenient to get to from the T and well located near Theater District, Chinatown and The Commons. Nice modern style hotel, clean and great staff!! Great coffee shop with pastries downstairs near lobby. We’ll definitely stay here regularly for trips to Boston. "
