"This is an ok hotel. Nothing to get a 4.5 rating. We checked in on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We stayed 4 days. We were told breakfast would not be served because of the holidays. We understand 1 or two days. No breakfast all 4 days. Housekeeping not available till Friday. Seldom to never no one at front desk. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place."

"My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!"

"Rachel was quick to respond to any questions I had and very helpful. We had 10 adults and it fit our needs well. We hung out one evening and made our dinner there. It was cozy and had what we needed. (Bring your own tinfoil/baggies for leftovers if your going to have them.) I would recommend staying here. "

"This is a really cute little house. If you are renting to have a great place to sleep, this is your place! The bedrooms are comfy and the host is WONDERFUL. If you're looking to hang out, the common rooms are a little tight and the stairs are steep. We had a great time here. "

"This property is great for large groups, 3 bedrooms and trundle bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen was fully equipped and good-sized. There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking. That said, outside was noisy because of the freeway nearby. The neighborhood was convenient for getting around, but a little rough around the edges. "

"the property itself was in such a bad neighborhood. we woke up monday morning to the patio door handle being broken as if someone tried to break in. our Uber driver from an event even said it was a bad area. says there’s a hot tub/whirlpool, there is not. the property was not up kept, the whole outer property was over grown. we went to minneapolis for most of our days because the area was so bad."
