Uneven floors, broken glass in window, trashy blinds, doors to bathroom without a lock, dirty kitchen cabinets etc, Baseboards with huge gaps filled with caulk. Gaps around heating pipes filled with paper towels! Huge gaps around window AC allowing noise and cold from outside. Gaps under doors are so big that we witnessed a mouse freely coming into the...

"Comfortable apartment. A few minor details that had to be checked before our checkin. The bathroom sink and toilet seat needed some adjustment to work properly. There was water within the washer machine. There is no clothes dryer in the apartment. The bedroom can use a dresser but there isn’t room for that. Very friendly staff and parking lot attendants. Very close to highways and close to NYC. "
