"As others noted Jim is by far the best host we’ve ever experienced. Really nice and responsive person. The house is older as stated but the club house with the pool table and entertainment center, all the outdoor seating areas and hot tub made it a really comfortable property to be at. The beds were VERY comfortable. Some of the best. It also was a quiet property surprisingly (for Nola). Thank you Jim, we really appreciated the hospitality!"

"The house is nice. The listing wasn’t very accurate as far as location and description. There are 4 bedrooms instead of 3 and there is no hot tub. When I read designated parking I assumed off street parking but it is on the street but directly in front of the house. I really liked the back porch and the satsuma tree in the back. "Rarely do you find a home with 7 beds all kings and queens. 3 floors made it perfect for privacy. 4 bathrooms was a huge plus This house is conveniently located close to tram and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay on our girls trip. We would happily come back to this home."

"My wife and I spent 4 nights at this unit from Saturday 10/26/24 thru Wednesday 10/30/24. We had tickets to the Sunday night Taylor Swift concert. We couldn’t have been happier staying here. Perfectly located and walking distance to the French Quarter and The Superdome. Great communication throughout our stay and the unit was very clean and had all the amenities that were advertised.
