"The house was pretty good. The appliances leave something to be desired. The refrigerator shelf in the door is broken and the middle shelf in the fridge falls. When you buy groceries for 8 people, you need all the room in the fridge. The microwave overheats and shuts down if it runs long, and the can opener (manual) is useless. It needs to be replaced. "This location and house were perfect. It is less than 20 mins from Lake Ouachita, which was what we were looking for. The house was clean and had everything we needed. "Very cute house and really nice location. The property was beautiful and the surrounding cities and parks had lots of fun stuff to do. Everything was very clean and orderly when we arrived, the only problem I had was that the hair trap had been forgotten and the shower flooded out into the hall and into a neighboring bedroom in the few minutes it took for anyone to notice a problem. But Brian and Colleen were very helpful and had quick responses via text with offers of sending their cleaners out...
