Perfect long weekend trip
Beautiful home with all the amenities for couples and families. We loved the fireplace and had it been warmer we would have taken advantage of kayaks as well. The location is very private and peaceful and the host was very kind and helpful. We will surely book again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The sunroom and deck offer great views of the beach and is very private. This was a nice relaxing getaway. Just bring water shoes if you plan on swimming. The shallow water is rocky, but turns sandy once you swim out past the rocks. I would stay here again.

Cozy house with private beach access where family and friends can enjoy the glamorous Huron Lake. Our kids loved to play in the sand making castle or just running along the beach. On the calm days, they loved taking a ride in the canoes and at night eating marshmallows by the fire pit.

The house was wonderful!! The property had everything we needed: kayaks, paddleboards, connect 4, cornhole, a grill, K-cup coffee machine, beach towels, and close to restaurants and other activities. The best part was the seclusion on the beach, very quiet. Thanks for a great trip.

Such a nice, quaint house on Lake Huron. Had everything our family of four needed. Our 4 & 7 year old love playing in the sand and using the outdoor shower. Really relaxing stretch of beach to read and swim (the water was definitely warm enough during our Sept 1-4 stay).

What a true Lake Huron GEM! The view and property were amazing and even better than we expected from the pictures. The owner is fantastic! Communication was prompt and very welcoming. Great spot on Lake Huron!
Our family enjoyed our time at this property very much! The home was conveniently located, clean, and had everything we needed, but the outside area was our favorite! It is located near other homes, but feels very private because it is surrounded by trees. We enjoyed sitting on the decks with views of the beautiful water, the sandy beach area, the fire pit, and the kayaks that were available to use. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful family vacation spot!
Lovely accommodations, beautiful property, amazing views!! This was one of the best family vacations we've ever had! Carmen thought of everything to make our stay even more wonderful. From breakfast goodies, extra toothbrushes, some lovely fresh flowers, plus much more. We relaxed the entire time, if we weren't walking the beach or in the water we were sitting around the fire pit. Such a beautiful lake, the water is crystal blue and if you kayak you can see the bottom as far out as you can go. We all slept great, the beds were really comfortable. We will definitely be going back again and again.

Great house!
We stayed here in early June and loved it. The private beach is amazing (accessed by a lot of steps but worth the walk). That alone is reason to stay here but we also found the house itself to be cozy, comfortable and well equipped. The hosts were easy to communicate with and even had some complementary items in the house for guests. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding for those and the sofa beds. The only caution is that the living room sofa bed is probably fine for kids but not great for adults. The second sofa bed was comfortable for an adult. The weather was a little cool so we didn’t get to use the kayaks but they are there at the beach and there is plenty of lake to explore. And lots of tables and chairs for outdoor dining Overall, great house and we will definitely visit again.

Blown Away by the Hospitality
My husband and I were looking for a short getaway and happened upon this gem on Lake Huron. Carmen was a joy to work with from the very start. She was so accommodating and her hospitality is something we have never experienced before. She really made you feel like she cared about your experience at her home. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend a stay at her place. The house is super clean and you just feel relaxed when you are there. The view of the water is captivating. We came in December and it was amazing the difference a day made on the water. On the first day, I walked the beach and searched for rocks just enjoying the scenery. On the second day, we woke up to three inches of snow and the beach had turned into a shelf of snow and the waves crashing against it formed giant snowballs of ice, rock and sand. It was incredible. I am looking forward rebooking in the Summer to enjoy everything this house has to offer!
