"We celebrated my bachelorette party with 11 of us and had an absolute BLAST! The location was so close to everything we wanted to do (shopping, dining out, and visiting wineries). The host was super responsive and helpful anytime we had questions. I would 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone wanting to enjoy Fredricksburg, but also a beautiful piece of property. The donkey was the cherry on top as he visited with us when we were coming and going from the property."

"Amazing views and who does not love morning hello's from 2 cute donkeys and a llama. The property owners were just amazing and so sweet, helped us out getting a surprise cake there since we were arriving late. The house was all lit up for our arrival and plenty of dishes and goodies to cook with. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of space. Just a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive!"

"This place was great! The hosts kept the inside very clean and honestly had all items that may be necessary to be used. Cooking pans, utensils, single stove burner, radio, etc — which was so nice. We loved how it felt isolated yet still close to town as well as Enchanted Rock. The livestock were also a plus! They came right near the Tiny House and we got some great pictures. Most of all, we loved that we were able to bring our pup and genuinely had the best weekend and stay."

"25 minutes from Fredericksburg, this was the perfect spot for our stay. The house was very cozy and perfectly appointed. We arrived in the area and to our dismay, there were no grocery stores or resturants nearby. We got to the house with a pizza we ordered at a convenience mart in town. And all on 5 acres with total privacy. "Our family and in-laws stayed here for a few days over spring break. The home is lovely, clean with nice amenities. The kids loved the game room and was nice to have the separate casita for the in-laws so they could sleep in if they wanted. The property managers were easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. Location is great, feels private but easy to get into central Fredericksburg. "The property is very nice. There was plenty of room for our group and it was very secluded in beautiful countryside. But there a few things that need to be addressed. The third gate to the property did not work and had to be left open the entire time we were there. Some horses came into the property and the kids could not be outside because they were aggressive..The kitchen sink sprayed the user with water when in use.The keurig coffee maker did not work , we had to bring the coffee maker out...

"This is the most spectacular getaway place ever! The cottage ( Moonlight specifically) is perfect for a couple.
