« Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. House was very cute. In fair shape for the age of the home. Everything was described exactly as listed. We had an issue with the A/C. Didn’t work the first day. Called maintenance on day 2. The unit was frozen. They brought us a portable unit and had someone come out to service the system at 6pm but it still wasn’t cooling. The portable unit got us through the night. However we were extremely hot for 2 days. »

Our main frustration was that the host never responded to our texts or questions in the VRBO app. He answered the phone when I called once with a somewhat urgent question. « We had a great time in this house! Overall it was pretty clean and well-kept. My only complaint was there was a mouse and also some stains on our bed sheets. It was nice to be so close to the beach. I love all the different spots in and outside the house where we could just sit and hang out. I would stay here again! If you plan to stay here I just recommend keeping your food locked away because our little friend helped themself to our bagels. »
