"Great stay. The hotel is renovated but we see in its architecture and some aesthetic details was it’s an old one. Whatever it’s very nice. Swimming pool is huge and the access direct to beach. Be careful, they add $45 fees per day (not well justified) and $30 per day for parking. My only concern is the guys at the entrance: they discuss a lot and forget sometimes to help you with your luggage. Whatever it was great. Mahalo!"

"Very nice swimming pools, friendly cordial staff, clean property. Concrete pavement around the pool unfortunately gets slippery and dangerous. The hotel makes efforts to lay down matts and signage’s. However, I injured my right foot still the first day and could not go hiking on trails I planned for. Be careful walking around the pool amenities!"

"The pool and kiddie beach was great for our little one! Grocery store and restaurants within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Good place to stay! 2 full sized beds plus 1 pull out sofa bed. Quiet neighborhood next to a shopping center. Room has a stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker. Has pots and pans, plates, silverware, and glasses. Good for family of 3 or 4 people. Would stay there again."

"We typically stay at higher-end hotels, but this time we decided to bring the kids and chose the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Our initial room didn't quite meet our expectations in terms of the view, but my wife spoke with the front desk, and they were incredibly accommodating. They quickly moved us to a top-floor, center-stage room with an incredible view—problem solved with such grace and care. The entire staff was delightful, from the morning barista to Belle, who added a personal touch to our experience. The property itself was immaculate, with beautiful grounds and breathtaking sunrise views that felt like a slice of paradise. What really stood out was the intimate, boutique feel of the hotel, something we didn't expect. The staff's attentiveness elevated the experience beyond what we anticipated. This trip was amazing from start to finish, and we’d absolutely stay here again. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway—gorgeous, welcoming, and memorable in every way. Highly recommend!"
