"Review of Holiday Inn Stay Everything about this trip could have gone wrong, but thanks to the expertise of the staff at this Holiday Inn, it turned out wonderfully. Starting at check-in, there was an immediate issue with all the rooms in my reserved block being charged to the wrong card. The manager seamlessly resolved this issue, ensuring it didn’t cause me any stress. The check-in process was quick and smooth, with everyone being friendly and kind. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. As someone who is very picky about showers and usually dislikes the hotel shower experience, I was blown away. I actually took four showers during my two-day stay because it was just that good! The hotel is in a great area with plenty of DoorDash options that delivered right to my room, so I never even had to go down to the lobby. My only complaint was the noise in the hallways and the slamming doors. Soft-close doors would make a huge difference, as the loud slams actually shook the room a couple of times. That’s the only improvement I’d suggest for this location. On a brighter note, the hotel bartender, Alan, was gracious, knowledgeable, and made an incredible margarita. We visit this area often because my family lives nearby, and we’ve always stayed at a boutique hotel in the past. However, after this experience, I’ll never go back there—this Holiday Inn will be my go-to hotel for every visit. Highly recommend!"

"Everyone at the front desk was wonderful during our stay - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, the common area was clean and always had water with lemons available. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've had! The only negative (and it is brand-wide as we've stayed at Aloft properties in other cities) is the large sliding bathroom door. If there is any misalignment at all it causes a gap in the door and the way it is laid out does not provide much sound barrier/privacy with the gap in the bathroom door. Makes it difficult if someone is trying to sleep while someone else is showering, etc. I would request a room on an upper floor next time because the landscape/walkway lighting was shining in our room window all night (couldn't block it all the way out with the shade). Hotel is near restaurants and stores (very short drive or long walk). Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend."

"The front desk stuff was so amazing and accommodating We were displace do to a fire and had book a suit and had 2 small dogs with us and normally they dont allow dogs in the suites but the front desk stuff made an acceptance for us and i couldnt be more grateful for the understanding and kindness "

"Hilton Staff were very helpful. Expedia made a serious error in our reservation process, Tru Hilton Staff fixed it twice. Service, rooms, accommodations, amenities, response above and beyond to help us with a few forgotten items like laptop charger were much appreciated. Very clean, organized, hot breakfast with broad variety. Repeat group visit from 2024. we'll be back with more folks next year. lots of space, parking, room for activity with groups, billiards, workouts, pool, basic RNR and even getting some quiet work and a zoom mtg accomplished. Pleasant, bright, cherry, responsive staff, Well done, especially nigh staff and Desiree at the desk, along with housekeeping. They made a very physical weekend (we were helping Samaritans Purse RDC pack tens of thousands of boxes) relaxing and "
