"This is a unique and historic B&B along the Minnesota - Wisconsin border so we decided to give it a try after seeing a good state on Travelocity. While the place is old ( in fact the oldest B&B establishment in Minnesota by their claim), it has been updated and the room we stayed in was spacious, had a whirlpool and large bathroom. "We arrived on property on 9/27/24 at about 7:30 pm. The property was very easy to find. We were promptly met before we were able to get our bags out. Brad was a very great property owner. Went over everything that wasn’t in the already informative email. The place is definitely 5out of 5 stars. If I had one comment, it would be, he could use a few things in the kitchen as far as utensils. I feel like over time, those things will happen and definitely not a reason to aloof it. "My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!"
