"Dirty worn carpet in stairways. Bathroom cleanliness not up to par. No elevator to get to second floor. Warm breakfast was satisfactory with fresh fruit and yogurt."

"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. "The house was perfect for my family. We were there for 10days. It was really nice to be close to the lake. It had great yard space and amenities. Clean, peaceful and quiet
"I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly."
