"The unit was clean and comfortable. The view is great. The elevator gets very busy and requires some waiting. The comforter on the bed was too small and the sink in the bathroom needs to be tightened, but it was otherwise well appointed and as advertised. "I was hoping the other reviews weren’t true, but the property is dirty and neglected especially the floors and balcony. The slider doesn’t lock. The elevator does take forever and it was only valet parking. For the price I cant complain too much. It did have a large balcony with a beautiful view. "The room was exactly as advertised. Clean and fresh. The pool area was lovely. Small convenience store but closed at 3 pm. My unit overlooked the intercoastal waterway which was lovely from the good sized balcony. Easily walk to beach, Walmart across the street, restaurants etc. I will not be back for one reason. It was easily a 15 minute wait for an elevator. How do you have a 30 story building with constant traffic (due to vacationers) and only 2 bloody elevators. It was absolutely...

"Condo itself is great, clean and comfy with AMAZING view. Host did a nice job of communicating with us too. Condo is pretty well stocked also. Only issue was the check in process is a little "clunky" and the elevators. The waits at the elevator did afford us the opportunity to meet some really cool people though! So it was all good! "We had a great time and the place is great and very comfortable. The property management company was responsive and resolved issues when they arose. The elevators where the worst I have ever seen in my life. We wound up walking up 22 flights in order to get to the room in a reasonable amount of time. You routinely needed to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive and often times when it did arrive it would be packed with people who were willing to pack inside in an attempt to avoid waiting any longer....
