"I got bedbugs when I was there the staff treated me rudely when I reported it. I went to the health department who went and inspected the the room I stayed in. They it was the worst infection of bedbugs they had ever seen in one room. It has been a horrible experience and I plan suing the days innn. "

The 2 gentlemen at the desk were cheerful, unfrazzled and handled the crowd beautifully. Our room was clean and very comfortably furnished, lacking nothing.
