"Holiday weekend trip with my girls . We upgraded to the regency club which was well worth the money . Checking out was a bit chaotic with valet service but our car came fast . Also the front desk person when I called down because valet would not answer was a bit frazzled and not very pleasant . Other than that loved it there"

"1) TV doesn't need to be bolted to the WALL!! IF you don't offer Netflix or basic streaming outside the hotel FORCES service .. very negative on that ONE part. . Second: Bathroom light does not simply turn on turn off at will. You have to somehow "figure it out"... No one has time to do that. ... other than that, awesome hotel!!! Please fix these areas ... I couldn't pull the TV from the wall without breaking the drywall... You need to fix this. PLEASE!! I want to give you a 5... But this is modern age and you shouldn't bold tvs to wall if you don't provide basic streaming services from cell qr code .. please update your system. We will try again someday and hope you spend for the slight upgrade requested. "

"The staff was great with helping out. The property was clean and quiet. Dining options are within 1-2 miles or less. Variety of options less than a mile away. Near convenience stores. Easy route to the Ferry Building and Pier 39. A little more of a walk to Pier 43 1/2. Great centralized location. Easy to commute from whether it is Lyft, Uber, Waymo or Muni."

"Chancellor is in a great spot next to Union Square the rooms are great and the hotel is very nice and clean beds are so comfy with the added extra of coffee when you want and cookies for breakfast. I would definitely recommend. "

"It was a wonderful experience. Went during the holiday season. Very festive. Gingerbread house was up and the aroma was delicious. Downside: up charges add up! $90 valet charge. Urban charge can be opted out of but that covers wi-fi and gym. Tax on all charges too. Will return. 😊"
